   Chef Mona Leena is the Chef/Owner of Fallaha Dining, a California-Palestinian food concept based in the SF Bay Area. Fallaha Dining celebrates the bounty of California's climate and diversity--with a Palestinian Twist. 

   In the last 10 years, Chef Mona has worked in some of SF's best restaurants including the late Jardiniere and most recently, is the Executive Chef of Dyafa in Jack London Square.  Chef Mona has trained in French, Japanese, Italian and American cuisine which have all played a very big role in her culinary identity today. Chef Mona's Palestinian-Californian cuisine celebrates diversity by bridging the gap amongst cultures and showing through food that we are so closely connected through our traditions, customs, and especially our cuisines.
